Cancellation Policy
A full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. By booking your brow lamination appointment, you agree to the terms of this policy. Cancellations & Refunds As appointments are reserved especially for you, all payments are non-refundable. Once your appointment has been booked and paid for, the payment cannot be refunded, including in the event of cancellation. Rescheduling If you need to change your appointment, you are welcome to reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Please contact me as soon as possible so I can arrange an alternative appointment. Unfortunately, appointments cancelled or requested to be rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation and your payment will be forfeited. No Shows If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited and a new booking will require full payment. By booking your appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this booking policy.
